Billing Terms

These Billing Terms explain how paid plans work for the Vesperer product operated by Deevly Labs LTD (https://deevlylabs.com).

1. Two surfaces. (a) Apex (vesperer.com): SFW AI persona infrastructure for creators, educators, and businesses — Creator, Studio, and custom Business plans. (b) After Dark (xxx.vesperer.com): adults-only features governed by the Adult Content Notice. Both are products of Deevly Labs LTD, not separate companies.

2. Stripe scope. Card and Stripe Checkout payments apply only to eligible apex SFW subscriptions (Creator / Studio and any Business invoices we expressly route through Stripe). We do not sell After Dark adult companionship or erotic content through Stripe.

3. Prices. Current list prices appear on the apex marketing site and in Checkout. Taxes (including UK/EU VAT where we are registered to collect) may be added at checkout. Currency and renewal interval are shown before you pay.

4. Subscriptions. Paid apex plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the selected plan.

5. What you get. Plan limits (e.g. number of personas, usage) are described at purchase and in-product. We may adjust fair-use limits to protect service integrity.

6. After Dark. Adult pricing shown on xxx.vesperer.com is informational until an adult payment rail is live. Those purchases, when available, will not use the same Stripe merchant flow as apex SFW plans.

7. Account responsibility. You must keep billing details accurate. Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the free plan or suspension.

8. Disputes. Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Unresolved card disputes may lead to account review.
