Refunds & Cancellation

This Refunds & Cancellation policy applies to paid apex (vesperer.com) subscriptions for the Vesperer product operated by Deevly Labs LTD.

1. Cancel anytime. You may cancel renewal in the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Manage billing) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

2. Cooling-off (EEA/UK consumers). If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK and purchased a digital subscription, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right. If you ask us to start the service immediately, you may lose that right for the period already supplied, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Refunds. (a) Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges: full refund when confirmed. (b) Service materially unavailable for a sustained period attributable to us: pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion. (c) Change of mind after substantial use in a billing period: generally no refund of the current period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

4. How to request. Email ${contactEmail} with your account email, approximate charge date, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. After Dark. Adult-rail purchases (when live) follow the terms shown at that checkout; they are not Stripe apex subscriptions and may have different refund rules from the adult processor.

6. Chargebacks. Please contact us first. We retain delivery evidence (account activity, plan entitlements) to respond to disputes.
